2 mile warm up, then 5 x 600 loops at AT pace. 3 mile cool down for a total of about 7.

warm and humid out. felt good during the loops, but felt pretty dehydrated afterwards.

went fine, felt good after. tried to do the loop like the cross guys run it, go the full thing a little slower than all out like we usually do. next time i think we can do more.
