worked the legs pretty good today. got going a little faster than planned, but i didnt feel like i was pushing too hard on any of the 500's. Some good work in and some good candy to finish the day off.
good workout today. hardest track workout yet but not at all overwhelming. got going pretty well on the last two 500's. hamstrings were getting a little tight on the last one but still not hard to finish in :76 which was still 2 sec faster than scheduled.
candy on the cool down allowed my legs to recover well.
