pretty, pretty...pretty good. first track workout that i felt i needed the whole rest time to recover well. unlike the other workouts thus far, had to make sure to finish hard and maintain the whole way through.
felt good.
want more.
felt good for the first set, but i started to get a headache and leg cramps on the last set. didn't do the last one.
first track workout that actually felt like a real workout so far this year. very managable but rest and focus was required. it was a good workout and the times were all within the goal range and everyone was progressivley faster.
