Ran the Hixon Hill Loop with surges up all inclines and then headed over to Myric for 4 hill loops up the Finnish and Borsov hills.
8 miles total.

some good hill work in. took the 2 finnish and 2 borsov hills pretty hard, and it felt good.
didnt feel the best today. did not eat enough before practice.
