the difficulty was a little surprising today - just couldn't open the throttle, quite a bit of fatigue and i was getting increasingly tired by the 4th one. i can hypothesis it being our tough week last week with a closing 10 miler.

i only did 1 hill, but i did it hard. after that i was having some cramping issues in my left calf muscle.

good rest is in order.

the workout was tougher than i thought it would be, just was tough no other way to describe it. the hills werent to bad, went up them more controlled than usual.
