felt really good, no problem hitting the times. legs feel fresh. i am ready to roll
not hard at all to hit 26 for 200's which is a good feeling. nice quick workout with plenty of rest. very easy to hit the times. looking forward to some relay action.
went well, recovered quickly and was able to hit the times without overly pushing myself.
