All are back from the holiday weekend.
A seven mile Trane route run was completed with a stop by the 29th street hill to tackle that beast 3 times at a quick pace.
Total of about 8 miles for the day.

cranked up the hill pretty hard for all three. did trane backwards so ran about 6 miles before we started the hills, which worked out fine i think. legs were tired after the third one. recovered well so far.
41, 37, 38. minimal rest in-between the 2nd and 3rd. i tightened up on the last one
felt sluggish during the run. my upper body felt fatigued. much warmer than i expected and i was uncomfortable in what i was wearing.
the hills went fine...38,38,37
worked pretty hard but remained controlled
