we took adequate rest and the workout felt good despite 40 degree weather and a drizzle.
i struggled with the final 200.
overall i still thing my legs feel like crap. i can say the fatigue from the 100m ladder workout over a week ago is gone, but don't feel fresh - which i know is good right now.
felt pretty good today. hit all the times pretty easily. maybe went a little to fast in the second set, but i was able to finish the workout well without having to push it too hard. no leg fatigue today like what happened yesterday. a little windy and chilly but it was a short workout and went well.
went well, fairly easy to hit the times but still a challenging day. legs felt good throughout. lifting went well also. good a little cold coming on, tried to get a lot of sleep last night to help.
