1.4 mile cool-down

full-rest between all intervals, and a rolling start.

not hard at all to hit 26 for 200's which is a good feeling. nice quick workout with plenty of rest. very easy to hit the times. looking forward to some relay action.

went well, recovered quickly and was able to hit the times without overly pushing myself.
