The first 400 felt really good. I came through in about 57.5 and I felt like I could have kept it going. The second one was a bit harder but I still finished it in a 57. I felt drained for the rest of the workout but the 400s gave me the confidence that I need to run a 1:58.
TB, why did you start another post about the tuesday workout? there already was one... you dumbass!
