This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. I did not feel good at all today. I think it was because I couldn't fall asleep last night and I didn't eat lunch before practice. I stayed back a good 10 meters from the other guys and just finished the workout as best I could.
i actually thought it was fun today. great pace, 50 seconds on the finnish, our PR is 45-46, in the fall we do about 54-56seconds. the borzof up was in 31-32 which is right on average.
felt pretty good but i purposely monitored my effort level to maintain about 80%
TB... I'm so disappointed...
I felt good today. My form was solid and my strength seems to be sticking with me. The workout went fairly well and I think that we're all set to do some good things this next week.
