Tuesday workout

you know, i come on here everyday, tell myself to be patient thinking that someone, god forbid, will post on here besides me.

ran this one on my own. 42, 26hi, 26hi.

i felt pretty fast, the workout was short, and i took plenty of rest. no lifting, did some stretching.

#end semester here

My legs felt fast today. I timed myself for the first 300 in 41.97. The 200s I did in 28s. And the 100s were around 13.5s. Lifted just the upper body.

The workout felt really weird. I couldn't seem to get my form right nor could I accelerate the way I wanted to. I think this short stuff is great for turnover, but I have not quite learned how to run FAST quite yet. The last AT pickup was really fun and enjoyable. 73 at the quarter and then a nice 30.5 last 200 to finish the workout. Overall, a good day.
