what a workout. we had plenty of rest (10-12 minutes after the 700s), but we ran everything at a fine pace. The 2nd 700 was really strenuous, but I didn't feel like I had to go beyond my thresholds to finish it out.

absolutely wonderful weather, sunny, and an awesome day for a cornerstone workout.

I felt really good for the whole workout. The weather was great and we had a lot of rest time so I felt strong on all of the sets. I was very pleased with my last 700(1:53) and my last 400 (:62). I didn't do the last 400 because my right leg felt like it was getting too tight and I didn't want to hurt myself.

What a workout indeed. I felt very good and strong during the entire workout. My upper body is getting stronger and I think that is starting to reflect in my form at the end of these longer intervals. We got a lot more rest today than usual so I think we were really fresh for every rep. We were definitely running at a good pace though. I was happy that my muscles were able to stay loose the whole time unlike last week. Also, the weather was absolutely beautiful. This really was a great workout. I am gonna call today 8.5 miles putting me at 14 miles so far this week.

I tried to take it a little easier in the weight room today just to make sure my back was ok...well that didnt work. I reaggravated my back and it really hurt after dinner. I took care of it as best I could and right now it doing ok. I guess I am just gonna have to be a little more patient with the weights and wait until it fully heals.

Splendid. After th eworkout P.E. and I talked about the excellence of the workout given its time, place, pace, etc. On a scale of 1-10 for what a workout should be I gave this workout a 9.5. I thought it was unbelievable. We ran fast, smart, strong, and on pace. Couldn't have had a better day out there. AWESOME!
