did the finnish in 47, borzofs up in 30-31, and the downs in 30, then 28. the calves were still bothering me, but i have been feeling very strong lately despite spring break.
I stayed back a little today and it felt good. I did the finnish in 49, then the borzof ups in 34 both times, and the downs in 37 then 34.
My feet have been hurting a bit but i don't think it is too serious.
i had to do the work out on my own today because of a test. I did about 2 1/2 miles for warm up. I ran the workout at a decent but moderate pace. It was a little weird doing it alone. I ran the up hill for finnish in 49. Then the up hills for the Borzovs in 32 then 30. I did a 1 1/2 mile cool down. My calves were not a sore today at all. My quads were a little sore but not much at all. I felt pretty good today. I am at 21 miles so far for the week. Duing lifting I hurt my back and it has been really sore all night. Hopefully it will feel better for tomorrow.
I felt pretty good today. I enjoyed running and barelyt felt like I was doing any work out there. The workout ran itself. Jonathan was in control the whole time so I just sat on his shoulder, it was great.
