29th Street Hills

Monday. Week two. 4 half-hills. 2 Whole hills. Total Mileage: 6. Pcae was quick and TB was trying to show off for two girls who were also at the hill.

I felt decent. My legs have constantly felt slightly fatigued for the last four weeks. I have been able to do the work and felt pretty good in almost all aspects, but my quadriceps have housed a deep feeling of fatigue. Perhaps I need to just get into the Training room with Boldt and jump in the cold whirlpool. I still feel strong and good and look forward to our first competition.

i felt fine, but i can definitely tell them i am not nearly as fast as mouse or hummer up those hills. i had to push to the limit to keep up. i did the first full hill in 36 with mouse, but then he continued to run that fast, where i slowed down to 39

I actually felt pretty good on the hills and on the run. Much better than when we did them last week.

The hills really felt great. I ran them all good and hard but I dont think that I was ever killing myself. The first long hill was in 36.5 and the second long hill was in 35.5. I think those are the fastest times I have ever run for the hills. The half hills were at a similar effort. I felt pretty strong the whole time. The 4 miles afterwards was at a good decent pace. I am gonna call today 5.5 miles.
