i wanted to quit after the 3rd circuit so bad, but i didn't want to let swamp thing down
omg my legs were burning through this whole workout but i made it through all 4. I felt good afterwards. who is swamp thing?
I only ran 3 circuits because I'm a pansy and that's what the doctor ordered. I felt pretty good on the run except for the IHOP pancakes that were sitting in my belly. Boldt, Otto and TB all looked great.
