This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. Herein, those associated with the team - or just those who want to be like us - can catch a glimpse of our workouts and how they have faired. I played hard to get a good workout, and i sure felt it the next day. all sides of my legs were sore, used lots of muscles i rarely use.
I had a good time watching Jonathan give it his all. We were joined by Kyle Zygarlicke and my friend Dave Markle. Dave is probably the best basketball player I've ever seen.
fun game of b-ball. but i couldn't hit any 3s, i was like 1 for 12. it felt good to do something else for a workout instead of running.
I ran for 60 minutes with my roomate. Started off pretty slow at 7:30 pace and probably finished around 7:00 pace. Nice and relaxing 8 miles. Played basketball a few hours later but took it easy.
