900m Track Tuesday Workout

900,900,55,55,55,55,55,55,200,200,55,55,55,55,900.

Except, we decided to only do 600m on the last 900. Surprisingly had more energy than expected and ran it faster than we were supposed to, still very exhausted.

yea i had a little bit of trouble getting through this one. i wasn't feeling well so i stopped after the 200s.

this workout was hard, but there was an awesome amount of rest, plenty of time to recover, my legs were shaking on the last 900 (which was really only 600), hold together

Oh Boy! This is what track is all about! Interval workouts! I tell ya, I've seen good looking 800 meter crews, but these guys are fantastic! Have you ever seen someone use so many exclamation points?!?! Great last 600 fellas! Way to get tough when the tough got going! Boldt did a great job getting us out in 25 at the 200! It was easy from there!
