This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. We started the pace at about 7 minutes, which felt great, we worked it as we got farther into the run. By the time we hit the 6 mile marker, I felt awesome = adapting to high mileage. LET'S DO SOME WORKOUTS!
I felt a lot better today. I enjoyed starting the run nice and slow and working into it. I think we got going pretty well over the last 4 miles or so and everything on my body held up just fine. It was refreshing both mentally and physically.
i was surprised at how good i felt towards the end of the run. we were moving pretty quick over the last half. We took a little detour to add on at the end and i saw some of La crosse that i hadn't before. that was pretty cool. good run.
