felt pretty good today. a little fast on the 500 but i felt good. 200's were easy. i stopped after two 200's because i wanted to stop while my legs were still feeling fresh.
I think I will stay off the track for this week at least. I ran a Hanson Fartlek instead of the workout. Will try to get some good mileage in the next few weeks. Phil when should I start track workouts again?
i did not feel good, my legs were not responding like i wanted. just gonna hope it gets better.
