felt fine during the 550. ran it a bit more controlled than in past weeks. went through 400 in 54.9 and felt fine. sped up a little during last 150. i was tired afterwards but it wasnt very difficult at all to hit. it was the best i felt after a long interval. the 200's were fine.

overall the day went well. Not very difficult to hit any of the times.

the workout went fairly well. the 550 wasnt difficult but i didnt feel real smooth doing it. the 200's felt fine, just the longer one wasnt quite right. but nice thing is my shin pain has diminished and didnt really feel them on the workout.
