my shins were sore today, but the workout went fine. hit the 200s in 29.7, 29.2, 28.8, 28.4
short and sweet. the 200's were between 27.8 and 28.3. pretty easy day. shins are a little sore.
workout was good, the 28's were cake. really starting to get a feel for that pace. gotta hit it tomorrow!
