workout wasnt hard but i didnt feel very good today. for some reason i couldnt sleep last night. When i woke up i was tired and coughing alot. I took appropriate countermeasures and tonight my cough is nearly gone.

my legs were tired throughout and i couldt really find the pace. my 200 splits were 26.0, 27.9, 27.0. I was pretty much all over the board. like i said, it wasnt hard today, i just didnt feel very good.

i should be able to get plenty of rest tonight.

i felt good the whole day, but altered the workout to ease back in for a day.

legs were good, but did feel a little tired breathing wise during the accels and 150's. probably just some sluggishness coming off doing nothing for 4 days.
