not too bad of a run, roads slightly slippery but nothing horrible. hopefully this helps the shin pain by stay off the paper clip as much as possible this week.
my legs arent hurting and it was quite cold outside so i opted to run the workout on the track.
i stopped after the third 150 because it was quite fast and i thought that was enough for the day. quite a light workout...just getting the legs primed for tomorrow.
