all in all i believe it was a pretty successful day. got out quite hard on the first one and finished a second ahead of pace. got out closer to pace on the second one so i wouldnt die too early. about a second slow on the second one but i think it was a solid effort. the two intervals average to our scheduled pace. felt strong all the way through on the first one. second way got pretty tough in the last 250 but i just tried to focus on finishing strong.
i think my biggest problem in the last lap of the race is lack of focus; so on everything now i will focus on driving hard at the end.
tough day, pretty happy with the results, they should pay off soon
in a way, it may be good that I am doing some of these workouts on my own. it is tough running by myself, but i don't get pulled out too fast. I feel like a ran really well this morning. I could have been a touch faster but overall a great workout.

I only did one 200 in the middle because my legs were starting to feel drained, and I wanted to run the 2nd 600 well. I took the second one out a little fast, which made the last lap pretty tough. But i'm happy that I still held it to a 1:30.
really happy with how the running went today. defiantly was tough mentally to come back after pretty much running the fastest 600 i have ever run. but although it was hard i didnt feel like i was dying at the end of either one, just pushing hard to maintain pace as best i could. hopefully all this solid work will show its dividends soon.
