I did the 3 by 6 min AT work today. It went fine until my left Achilles tendon started to hurt pretty bad. I had to stop and stretch, and didn't finish the last AT. This has happened before and I know i need to take at least a day off to ice or it won't go away.
also did lift today
i did the 600 workout today and it did not go as well as i had wanted. ran them in around 1:29 to 1:31. much slower than the 1:27 it should have been in. i felt weak, and just not able to run much faster. it was difficult to do them alone. just want to get back and hit up some solid work to get ready to race.
