did the 500s in 1:16 and 1:15. Felt okay, achilles getting a little better. Really sore from lifting yesterday
first one was pretty much on scheduled pace. ran the second one with the 400 runners. their pace was a little slower but still was fine. my legs got the point after two. legs have to adjust to the tight turns again. 60m flys went fine. about 7 miles total for the day. natural strength to finish up
