i was happy with the workout. the first 450 was a little slow. but the next two were right on. i am begining to feel stronger, more comfortable, and more relaxed during these intervals which is something i was not feeling not to long ago. i felt pretty good throught except my form and my legs began to faulter a little in the last 30-40meters of the last interval.
went well. able to run the workout through without much of a problem. it was tough work, but i was capable of doing which was the main thing i was looking for. legs felt good, body felt good. iced after the lift just to help out any tightness tomorrow.
It was a tough workout for me, but I was pretty happy with it after we were done. I was 58 at the 400 for the first two, which was right on. My legs got really sore during the 200s (31,30,29). I wasn't sure I could do the 3rd 450 but I gave it a shot and hit the 400 in 58 again. I died a little in the last 50 but I was happy with it. Definitely need the rest tomorrow.
