pretty good workout. executed everything pretty much exactly according to plan. this pace is feeling more manageable. never felt like i was stressing to hard to hit the time. my legs still start to get tight on anything 300 and over. sprints went fine.
legs were kinda stiff before hand, but they felt okay once we got going. i went 43,44,43,43 for the 300s. felt good, not too hard. i know tomorrow will be tough doing that same pace for 500s.
handled the workout fine, legs didnt feel great, but wasnt difficult to hit the times. hopefully hit it right on again tomorrow.
