went very good for me, hit all the times right on or slightly faster. it wasnt easy, but felt much better than the track stuff i did over break, didnt have the tired or fatigue feeling that i had been having. so i am happy and hope that i can follow up with another successful workout tomorrow.
i felt pretty good. hit the 350s in 51, 51, 52 which was the pace i was aiming for. not sure if i could have done a fourth one though.
hit all the times right on if not just a little fast. it was getting a little tough though. We decided on stopping at three so that we could be sure to hit three 450's tomorrow.
