legs not as sore as yesterday, times hit easily enough. didnt run as much miles to try and not make my legs any worse.
pretty easy day. not hard to hit the times. forced to run the last two in lane 2. the legs didnt like that so much but we are going to adjust our practice time so we dont run into track conflicts like the end of the workout today.
extended our warmup routine today. added more exercises and strides. i think it helped.
all of my 250s were a little too fast. but i don't feel like it really hurt me too much. we'll see how tomorrow goes i guess.
