it feels good to be back and fully get back in the swing of things.
ran the first 2 slower (about 27 pace). the last 4 were all at about 25hi pace.
havent run this fast in a little while so the legs had to adjust. i must not have been hydrated well enough because i felt a little dizzy after everything was done.
good lifting session and some ab work to finish off the first day back.
felt good except my left achilles was kinda sore. I iced and stretched after and it feels fine now.
Did the 150s in 21-22. Lifting felt good, doesn't feel like i lost any strength.
