the full rest was a good feeling today, it made the workout almost easy. a little confidence boost and a nice easy week should yield a ready body for platteville this weekend

Very impressive times on this workout, guys. No matter the rest it is tough to do that kind of work and still cap it off with a 450 at 1:02. Well done! I look forward to the results from Platteville this weekend.

workout went very well. the pace was difficult to hit, but never felt like i had to try to hard or felt like i was unable too. just some solid work.

very good workout. i think we accomplished exactly what we intended. i felt great on the the 550. on the 500, it was not difficult to hit the time but i was slightly fatigued after 400. the 150s were fine. i felt like a million bucks on the 450. came through the 400 in about 54.5 and felt great.

overall i think it was a great workout. not overly difficult, but still some quality work put in.
