nice and easy today. got amazing sleep (haven't slep like that in months) last night. felt pretty good today.
not to tough today, getting ready for a meet on the sabbath
easy day today but we still got the legs moving a bit. did the ins-and-outs wrong but i think we still got the same effect. looking forward to racing soon.
