nice re-entry to running fast. just got it done, and felt fine, only slight discomfort in the foot/ankle.
ran at a moderate pace in hixon. at first my legs felt a little uneasy. by the time we got back to the track for the 150's my legs felt normal. 150's felt smooth and easy. 20high, 20low, 19high for the three of them. about 6 miles for the day.
looking forward to friday and saturday.
my throat is a little tender ever since that 1500, not sure why - has been causing a cough.
pretty easy today, felt good to get some legs under me after having sunday off - much needed.
