good workout today. i can tell our stride length and power is helping a lot on these longer hills. excitement brews for the upcoming 600.
i feel healthy and finally resumed hang cleans in the weight room after 2 weeks of back pain
good monday workout. we worked the uphills pretty hard. we may have run this a bit too hard today, but i really wanted to focus on turnover. ran hard but still maintained good form.
