Very gloomy weather today. It was running all day long. I only ran 5 miles today. I was quite busy and I felt very sluggish on the run. I wasnt properly hydrated or nourished before I started. Cut it short today but I will make it up by the end of the week. I did get in some good lifting though.
5 miles today putting me at 19 for the week so far.
i did 8 miles.
horrible milwaukee weather, rain, like adam said, all day. the parkway where i run was a giant mudslide since a foot of snow just finished melting and a day of rain.
