felt significantly healthier today than i did yesterday, my eyes are still puffy and sore - will continue to wear glasses and sleep, zinc, and hydrate.
workout was very tolerable, i pictured andrew rock's running form the whole time just like dennis kline told me to do and coach phil has been emphasizing.
i look forward to being in full health so i can go back to dominating boldt and mouse in future workouts.
