woke up feeling like crap this morning and my back is killing me
the second 1200 was bonecrushing hard, vomit threshold.
i did not lift or stretch, but went in the trainers room instead, where they just told me ice it.
good tough workout, what more can i say. that 1200 hill makes 29th street hill seem like a piece of cake.
10 miles putting us at 39 for the week.
