ran 6 miles. second day of running after my extended running break, felt slightly better than the first on sunday.
felt okay, my stomach just felt weird from all the stuff i ate on sunday.
easy 7 miles, seagraves, and upperbody lifting. aerobically i felt fine. the legs felt a little weak. my legs were a little sore at night. not bad though.
