actually went ok. didnt feel great by any means but wasnt nearly as difficult and tired as the previous two tuesday workouts have been. figured since they were only 450's i could do two, more just to make sure i could handle it, give me some confidence. hopefully the next few days of either just mileage or light workouts will really help my legs out.
ran a Hanson fartlek again, felt good.
