very nice out, especially cause we were suppose to get half a foot of snow. mid 40's with only a slight wind.

4 x 1000 (3:05 - 3:15) 5 minute jog rest
2 mile cool down
about 8 miles for the day

legs felt about the same as the past few days, maybe a little better. nice to run that pace for longer than just a 600 AT for our warm-ups.
felt okay for the first two, but my legs were really sore from lifting and my stomach wasn't feeling good so I stopped after the 3rd one.
workout went pretty well. i was happy that my legs felt pretty normal during the up tempo stuff. i was breathing a little heavy are the last one than i would have liked but it still wasnt that hard. felt relaxed and could have gone faster if needed.
I woke up this morning and the congestion seems to be gone. also, though my legs were incredibly sore last night. they seem a lot better this morning.
