think the workout went smoothly and fairly easy for me. got going good and was able to maintain the same pace the whole time, very even throughout. legs were about the same if not a little better than previous days which i makes me happy and optimistic for continued improvement.
200's felt easier than i expected. pretty comfortable throughout. feels good to be on a bigger oval.
