4 rabbit trail loops with pickups. stared with 30sec pickup and worked up to 3min pickup with rest equal to the last pickup ran. 2 sets of this = 4 loops.
9 miles total with warm up and cool down

it wasn't too bad. it was a bit challenging for me to keep up on the last 3 min AT but i felt fine.
went fine, little faster than AT pace, took it kinda like the Hixon 600 loop.
