went pretty good, finished a little harder than planned, but it still felt like i was holding AT pace. got back in the weight room after a week absence.
started off fine. probably got going a little faster than we had to in the 3rd and 4th mile. I started to fatigue a little in the last mile. i still finished the 5 miles in 29:00 about 15-20seconds behind boldt. so we finished faster than what was on paper but my last mile was probably not quite as fast as it should have been.
a little sore from the run and lifting
this workout always gives me trouble. couldn't hang with mouse and boldt after the first 3 miles.
