pretty nice little run. took the uphills hard. good leg work for the day.
COLD.
48.5 and 46.5 for the finnish's. 31.5 for the Borzov. Probably took them a bit harder than we had to, but they were still fine.
the wind made the day quite uncomfortable. hopefully it will warm up a little again.
8 miles for the day.
I died on the last up-hill but i feel like it went fine.
