felt fine, went fine, lifting was tough, lots of leg stuff, already was sore, gonna be worse tomorrow now.
yeah felt good until the last minute of the third AT. Legs were pretty sore from lifting two days ago too. Lifting did me in, went home and napped for an hour after Whitney.
ATs felt good. I measured the last one at about 5:45 mile pace. felt good to do something a little up tempo
