legs were a pretty tight from lifting on monday. total of 9 miles for the day. if legs arent so sore by tomorrow workout thursday will have to be pushed to friday, for me at least.
yea legs were still pretty sore today also, but tomorrow i am going to try to do acouple AT's when I run on my own though.
