i only ran a little over 3 miles today and only got a little bit into the second AT. At that point my knee really started to hurt. I think i have patella tendinitis. i think i will take the next couple of days off to give it some time. i will have new shoes by the next time i run and i will just begin a regiment of ice and ibuprofen. hopefully i am good to go by friday.
the second AT started to get hard for me and i dropped behind boldt quite a bit. I caught back up when we stopped at the eagle, and pushed the last AT pretty hard to stay with boldt back to the clocktower. we did a campus loop to make it 7 miles or so. lifting felt good, could actually do the hang snatches.
went well, the second one i went a little too fast and a little to long without knowing the time. but wasnt like it was horrible.
