the execution of the 900 was flawless, i led it out in 60 then boldt took about 150 meters, and then mouse rocketed to the front to maintain our 30s pace and a devastating finish.
i was able to handle the 200s easily (we had plenty of rest however).
i am pleased with the workout, i bet we could have ran a 2:30 1000 today during practice and broke the st. olaf record again.
my legs are sore, but that's what it was like all outdoor season last year when coach E took over, so we must be doing something right
the 900 was tiring but def doable. and the 200's felt fine. tonight i am a little sore but thats expected. other than that was a good workout that hopefully will pay off this weekend.
i was extremely pleased with the workout today. the 900 was no doubt tiring, but i felt very strong throughout it. the 200's were pretty easy. days like today will definitely pay off shortly down the road
Awesome workouts this week guys! I'm impressed every time I visit the blog - which happens to be about every day.
